I have lost over $90,000 in 3 of the RMK funds. I signed with an law firm to bring FINRA action. The firm is now telling me that the FINRA awards have favored only investors that purchased and/or maintained accounts through Regions, or RMK. I bought the funds directly into my Fidelity account. The lawyers are advising that my best recovery chance is through the class action suit.

It is surprising that the portfolio management group in charge of these funds cannot test for risk or downside events that could put the funds in harms way. It seems that everything is being managed without consideration for large events that could ultimately realize risk or loss.
