T. John Kirk

Mr. Kirk graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law after receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wabash College. While in Law School, Mr. Kirk worked for the Indiana Secretary of State and the Indiana Securities Division. Mr. Kirk currently concentrates his practice in securities arbitration and class action law. He has participated as class counsel on behalf of plaintiffs in a variety of state and federal courts.

Mr. Kirk is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association.
